When we send a technician to your facility for a monthly checkup, they check to ensure that:
• Your cameras are online
• Your cameras are successfully connected remotely to the NVR
• Your NVR is getting efficient HDD usage
• Your hard drives are still functioning correctly
• Your NVR firmware is up to date
• Your cameras are not obstructed by any stationary machinery, structures, or foliage
• Your cameras are not scratched, scuffed, blurry, or otherwise damaged
• You are able to view and playback footage on all cameras
• The dates and times of all cameras are accurately measured and displayed
In addition to all of the things listed above, our technicians can also provide general information such as when the last time the computer has been rebooted, whether or not you have any critical errors in your system, and can diagnose problems your system might have.
Once one of our technicians has finished checking up your facility, you’ll get a post-checkup report that looks something like this:
